How many guests can the space hold?
Event setups may accommodate up to 100 guests. Final capacity depends on the spaces used, the seating plan, service and design.
Can guests stay at the hotel?
Yes. There is room for about 16–20 overnight guests, depending on suite selection, occupancy and availability. Keeping people on property shortens transfers and leaves more of the weekend unscheduled.
Can we reserve the entire property?
Ask about a multi-suite or full-property arrangement when you want more privacy and the hotel to yourselves.
What do the packages include?
Inclusions change with guest count, date and the package you start from. Hotel VOS can coordinate an officiant, photography, flowers and styling, but those services are not included unless your written proposal says so.
Can a package be changed?
Yes. Start with the package closest to your guest count and vision, then talk through availability, menus, styling and anything you want added.
